Sports Programs at Appalachian State University aspires to provide opportunities for everyone to connect with everyone and play for the spirit of sport with Club Sport and Recreational & Intramural Sport. Through empowering and engagement, Sports Programs provide an opportunity to support students in their social, physical, and mental wellbeing.
