We have made modifications to the UREC pool experience. The information below should help prepare you for participating!

Due to area capacities, we are offering the opportunity to register for time in the pool. You may register for a 40-minute or 60-minute spot.
Registration can be found on the App State UREC app under Aquatics or online at Pool Registration.
Prepare for visiting the UREC Pool!
Tips to keep in mind when planning to visit the pool:
- Lap swim is available
- Plan ahead - make your registration to ensure you have a spot
- Leave your valuables at home
- Bring a bag to store your clothing on the pool deck and not leaving anything in the locker room
- Bring any other pool accessories (fins, kickboards, pool buoy)
- Enter the aquatic facility through the locker room and exit the facility through the emergency door

Deep Water Aerobics- Wednesdays 6:30 pm (except October 7th) Hosted by Fitness. FREE for students, faculty, and staff. Register Online or via the UREC App
Swim Club- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 6pm. Contact the Swim Club
