Intramural Official (Work Study & Non-Work Study positions available)

Summary

The Intramural Official is primarily responsible for enforcing intramural sports rules and policies, while maintaining the safety and integrity of the game and its participants.

Hours

Evening (4pm-12md); Sunday-Thursday. 

The Intramural Official will work on average 8-20 hours per week during the academic year (up to 35 hours per week during summer sessions).

Salary $9.50 per hour

Required qualifications
  • CPR/AED, First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 21 days of first day of employment (UREC will provide this training upon hire)

  • Dedication to University Recreation and a desire to support its Mission, Vision and Values

Sports Supervisor (Work Study & Non-Work Study positions available)

Summary

The Sports Supervisor responsibilities include communication and enforcement of Sports Program policies at Intramural and Club Sports events, maintaining a safe field of play, supervising officials, and responding to injuries.

Hours

Monday-Friday (4pm-12am) and Saturday-Sunday (6am-12am).

The Sports Supervisor will work on average 10-20 hours per week during the academic year (up to 35 hours per week during summer sessions).

Salary $11.25 per hour

Required qualifications
  • CPR/AED, First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 21 days of first day of employment (UREC will provide this training upon hire)

  • Valid Driver’s License with a driving record that allows for being an authorized driver with the University.

  • Dedication to University Recreation and a desire to support its Mission, Vision and Values.
