UREC at Spring 2023 Student Affairs Black & Gold Ceremony

Madison Neisz - Bobby L. Dunnigan Outstanding Service Award

Congratulations Madison!

Her nominator had this to share:

“After demonstrating her leadership potential, this student was promoted in May of 2022 to Program Manager for Member Services. Being a program manager is our highest student-employee position. In this role, this student helps train, manage, and evaluate a team of 40+ students. She has grown as a public speaker and takes initiative to create new training materials for the staff. We’ve been able to implement more announcements over the PA system, occupancy counts to be displayed online, and she continuously helps the team have a better understanding of their role in the evaluation process. Her peers look to her as a leader and resource. She is highly motivated to not only improve her own performance but to enhance the working experience of those around her.”
