University Recreation

 

Affiliate Members are individuals who are not employed by App State but have an official, ongoing connection to the university through a recognized department, program, or partnership. Affiliates must have their UREC profile created or updated by University Recreation before gaining access.

To begin:

• Email anthonykr@appstate.edu to begin the activation process
• Provide proof of your App State affiliation (e.g., departmental confirmation, program verification, partnership documentation)
• UREC staff will create or update your profile and notify you when it is ready

Once your profile is active, you may purchase a membership online or in person.

Members must present a valid AppCard or scan the barcode from the UREC app for admittance.

Membership Rates

 

Eligible Family Members

• Spouse or domestic partner
  • You must provide "proof of the same address" for you and your spouse/domestic partner
• Children up to age 26
• Considerations may be made for anyone who qualifies as your dependent for federal income tax purposes

• 18+ may enter independently
• Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
