University Recreation

 

App State retirees are eligible for a complimentary University Recreation membership that provides access to indoor facilities, programs, and services. Retirees must activate their membership through UREC before gaining access.

Retiree memberships are provided at no cost. Retirees may optionally purchase a Family Membership.

Family Membership

Retirees may sponsor household members for a Family Membership.

Eligible Family Members

• Spouse or domestic partner
  • You must provide "proof of the same address" for you and your spouse/domestic partner
• Children up to age 26
• Considerations may be made for anyone who qualifies as your dependent for federal income tax purposes

Activation Process

To activate your Retiree Membership, complete the Faculty & Staff Membership Form and submit it to UREC. Once processed, UREC will activate your membership and notify you when access is available.

• In-person: Cash or check at the SRC front desk
• Online: Log in by selecting "App State Member" and using your App State credentials
