University Recreation

As an App State faculty or staff member, you are eligible to purchase a University Recreation membership that provides access to indoor facilities, programs, and services.

Membership Benefits

Your Faculty/Staff membership provides access to:

Members must present a valid AppCard or scan the barcode from the UREC app for admittance.

Membership Rates

Eligible Family Members

• Spouse or domestic partner
  • You must provide "proof of the same address" for you and your spouse/domestic partner
• Children up to age 26
• Considerations may be made for anyone who qualifies as your dependent for federal income tax purposes

Payment Options

• In-person: Cash or check at the SRC front desk.
• Online: Log in by selecting "App State Member" and using your App State credentials.
  Purchase Membership Online
• Monthly payroll deduction: Available for permanent faculty/staff.
  • Payroll Deduction Setup: Complete the Faculty & Staff Membership Form and email it to [email protected]. UREC will process the form and notify HR to set up the deduction. Deductions continue until a Membership Change Form is submitted.Download Membership Form

• Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
• Each member must have an AppCard or UREC app barcode
