Splash: Deep-Water Aerobics

Deep-Water Aerobics - Fall Semester 2021 Wednesdays 6:15 pm- 7 pm

 

Take it to the water! Get a cardiovascular workout without the impact of a floor. This is a mixed-intensity workout using the water's resistance. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and uses a variety of equipment to give participants an extra challenge.
