Mt. Mitchell Fitness Center
The Mt. Mitchell Life Fitness Centre, located on the 3rd floor of the Plemmons Student Union, is a combination of cardiovascular and weight training fitness facility which also contains a multipurpose area where a variety of aerobic classes are offered for students and faculty.
Hours of Operation - Spring 2014

|Sunday||2:00 pm - 10:00 pm|
Above: Mt. Mitchell Cardiovascular area. This area offers treadmills, stationary bicycles, recumbent bicycles, step machines, and cross trainers for use.
Left: Mt. Mitchell Multipurpose room. This area is a large mirrored room (1200 square feet) where a variety of classes are held. Some of the classes include Yoga, Ab Attack, Burn-n-Firm, Kick-Punch-Crunch, Super Step, Funk, Thighs Butt and Gut, H.E.A.T. and Pilates.
Right: Mt. Mitchell Weight room. Features a large selection of Cybex resistance equipment and dumbbells.
