UREC Academy is a program of University Recreation at Appalachian State University that offers young men and women of the High Country the opportunity to experience one-on-one training in sports they enjoy or hope to excel in. They can gain fundamental knowledge in each of the sports we offer.

Mission: UREC Academy is here to provide training for young men and women who want to excel in their athletic performance. We emphasize vast work ethics, character, determination, teamwork, and fundamental skills for each sport.

Sports We Offer:

• Basketball Personal Training - now accepting registration
  

• Volleyball Personal Training- now accepting registration

• Soccer

Training Levels for all Sports: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced

Who Do We Hire As Leaders: As a division of Student Development, our Academy offers ASU students the opportunity to gain leadership and coaching experience that they may use in future coaching aspirations.
