Informal Recreation Policies and Procedures
Equipment Check-out
In order to check out sports equipment, one must have a current ASU ID card. The equipment is checked out on a first come, first served basis. Persons are financially responsible for lost or damaged items. The equipment check out service is located at the Console of both the SRC and Quinn Center. Also, additional equipment is available at the console of the Quinn Center. A valid ID is necessary to get these items also. These items include basketballs, racquets and racquetballs.
Guest Policy
- Current students, faculty and staff are allowed one guest per day at the rate of five dollars for each guest pass.
- Guest passes may be used each day during regular facility hours.
- The student, faculty, or staff sponsor and the guest must both sign the guest roster and remain together at all times.
- To obtain a guest pass the sponsor must present his/her current University ID card. When the guest uses the pass, she/he must present current identification with a picture (i.e. driver's license.)
- The guest must remain with the sponsor at all times (i.e. the guest cannot play racquetball while the sponsor does aerobics.)
- If the sponsor leaves the recreation facility, the guest must leave also, with the sponsor.
- Dependents are not allowed to bring guests into University Recreation facilities at any time.
